Are you having real & meaningful conversations that move the needle forward?

What does it mean to have real & meaningful conversations and where you can find them? I am in a time in my life where I have all sorts of friends/ friend groups that fill different spots in my heart and in life
We truly shouldn't feel “stuck” in our everyday lives. We definitely should be doing more of what makes us light up inside…but how do we find that right!?! That's always the question.??
So, what can you do to find the support in your life ...that you are looking for? Reach out to other people who might be doing what you want to do or those who might be going through what you are. I am definitely not in a season where talking down about others is the topic of the day! ABSOLUTELY NOT! There is plenty of room for all of us in this world!!

I want to let you know where I have been and how I have been feeling lately because you know this is a come along with me…let's do this together type of podcast. Of course it's okay to step away and enjoy little getaways but when we stop showing up for ourselves… what does that do for us, NOTHING! This podcast has been such a joy for me so far and I need to show up for all of you but me too! This past month I really looked at what fills my cup up and what I need to put first! I want to open up and let you know how I truly have been feeling and how I am handling all these emotions that come with motherhood!
We are so worthy to find things that make us light up inside and sometimes it can be hard to focus on those things! So pick your top three and crush them!!
